AP offers medical and prescription drug insurance to our employees and their families, with only a small employee-paid portion of the monthly premium. In addition, we offer a Health Savings Account (HSA) and a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) to help employees plan for their current and future healthcare needs.
Annual physicals, prenatal care programs, screenings for common health issues and family influenza immunizations are provided at no cost to employees as part of our medical plan.
AP offers dental insurance through Delta Dental for employees and their families with only a small employee-paid portion of the monthly premium.

Life Insurance/Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance
Immediately upon employment, all employees are eligible for standard company-paid life and accidental death and dismemberment insurance. Addition coverage is available for employees at very competitive rates.
401(k) Savings Plan
Employees are eligible to participate in the 401(k) plan immediately upon hire. Unless employees elect to participate earlier or choose to opt out of the plan, employees are automatically enrolled after three months of employment at a pre-tax deferral rate of six percent of eligible compensation. The 401(k) plan matches 50 percent on the first six percent of participant pre-tax and/or Roth deferrals. Participants are immediately vested in the 401(k) match.

An inquiring mind is critical in our world today. Adolfson & Peterson Construction pays for all job-related training, and after two years of employment we will pay tuition for pre-approved continuing education that relates to your current or future position at AP.
