AP Earth Day Park Clean Up

AP Park Cleanup

Rain could not stop members of the AP Midwest Volunteer Team who showed up with their families to help clean up Kenwood Park in Minneapolis as a part of our Earth Day celebration. Ben Bowman, Project Manager at AP lead the charge for our April event by organizing the Earth Day park cleanup. This was AP’s first in-person volunteer event in over a year and we were excited to see so many new faces!

The team of 20 spread out and picked up trash and recycling throughout the 33-acre park. AP worked with the Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board (MPRB) and City of Minneapolis Solid Waste and Recycling to coordinate the event. AP was able to take ten bags of trash and recycling out of the park.

AP would like to thank everyone for their commitment to making our community a cleaner and safer place. We look forward to more events that will allow us to spend time together and better the communities where we live, work, and play!
