AP was honored to present a $25,000 check to Southwest Transplant Alliance (STA) to support their mission to save lives through organ and tissue donation and transplantation. The funds were raised at AP’s 2019 Annual Charity Golf Classic, a tournament in which STA served as a benefactor. Following the check presentation, Tara Storch, president of the Outlive Yourself Foundation, gave a truly touching story about her family’s personal experience with organ donation and how it changed their lives forever.
AP is constructing STA’s new state-of-the-art facility in Dallas, Texas, a 75,000-sf medical office building and parking garage that will serve as STA’s new headquarters. In addition, AP is participating as a sponsor at this year’s 26th Annual Phil Berry Transplant Tournament, an event that supports the mission of STA.
