Aurora, CO– A&P is pleased to announce that the firm has been chosen as the construction manager general contractor for Kaiser Permanente’s new Multi-Specialty Center Medical Office Building in south metro Denver, Colorado.

This new 258,000 square foot specialty care center will include such medical services as: Outpatient surgery (6 operating rooms ), gastroenterology testing and treatment, recovery and sterile processing, general surgery, orthopedics, oncology (plus infusion), OB-GYN, ophthalmology, optometry, physical therapy, clinical lab, pharmacy, general radiology along with expanded diagnostic capability of mammography, ultrasound, MRI, CT, PET/CT and nuclear medicine.

This facility will mark one of the largest expansions in Kaiser Permanente’s 40-year history in Colorado and is in response to significant membership growth in Denver.
