The Avenue of the Fountains, LLC has awarded A&P the new construction of The Avenue, an entertainment/retail project located in the town center area of Fountain Hills, Arizona.  The first phase will consist of three buildings totalling more than 70,000 sq. ft.  The project will include a 12-screen theater at 60,983 sq. ft., 2,200 sq. ft. of restaurant space, and 7,378 sq. ft. of retail.  RSP Architects is the architect on the project.
