  • Noah Webster Schools, Pima Campus

    A&P has been awarded the design and construction of a new 47,300-square-foot K-6 charter school in Scottsdale, Arizona.  The two-story framed facility will feature 32 classrooms,  including music and art rooms, a multi-purpose gym with cafeteria and stage, maintenance yard, play fields, and bus parking.  The building will also house the 3,200-square-foot district office. 
     

  • Arizona Agribusiness & Equine Center Paradise Valley Campus

    A&P has been awarded the construction of a new 26,000 SF charter high school for Arizona Agribusiness & Equine Center (AAEC) near Paradise Valley Community College in Phoenix. The 5.5 acre campus will include classrooms, office space, a community room, two large biotechnology labs, horse stables and a covered arena. AAEC charter schools offer unique programs in engineering, equine studies, homeland security, international business, math and sciences, and veterinary medicine. Designed by DLR Group, the charter high school project begins in February 2013.

  • Parker Recreation Center Renovation and Expansion

    The Town of Parker, Colorado has awarded A&P the renovation and expansion of Parker Recreation Center. The project will include the addition of a new leisure pool and associated mechanical systems, locker rooms, restrooms, party room, meeting rooms and offices. The scope also includes some demolition work, site work, and a new roof for the entire facility. Designed by Sink Combs Dethlefs, the project will begin construction in the spring of 2013.

     

  • Jenks Riverview Town Center

    Oak Properties Development Company has selected A&P as the construction manager at risk for the Jenks Riverview Town Center project in Jenks, Oklahoma.  The initial phase will consist of 43 acres of site development for a mixed-use development that will feature a free-standing supermarket and retail strip center, with multi-family housing units being added later. The project, designed by Phillips Slaughter Rose, LLC,  will begin in November 2012.
     

  • Village on Main Parking Garage
    07/12/2012

    A&P was awarded the design/build of a new 500-stall parking garage in Jenks, Oklahoma. The garage, part of the master-planned Village on Main mixed-use development, will be adjacent to the First Oklahoma Bank building, which is also being constructed by A&P. The garage project is expected to begin construction in September 2012.

     

  • NBC/KXAS Headquarters and Studio
    07/10/2012

    A&P has been awarded the construction of a new studio and headquarters office building for NBC/KXAS.  The new facility of approximately 75,000 square feet will unite under one roof the news teams from Dallas NBC, Fort Worth NBC and Telemundo. The new facility will be built on an 8.1-acre site in Fort Worth, Texas. Designed by Corgan Associates, the project began in June 2012.
     

  • Dallas ISD Bid Package #55

    The Dallas Independent School District (DISD) has awarded A&P Bid Package #55, which includes the renovation of Justin F. Kimball High School, a two-story, 219,000 square foot school built in 1956, and T.W. Browne Middle School, a three-story, 128,293 square foot building dating back to 1960. Both schools will undergo extensive renovations that include elevator upgrades, interior and exterior painting, restroom remodels to improve accessibility, lighting and door replacement, and security system installations. Both renovation projects are designed by Perkins + Will.

  • Dallas ISD Bid Package #53A, Robert T. Hill Middle School Addition

    The Dallas Independent School District (DISD) has awarded A&P Bid Package #53A, which consists of the renovations and an addition to Robert T. Hill Middle School. A&P has previously partnered with DISD in the completion of many successful school renovation projects. The wide-ranging renovations will include the relocation of modular classrooms, the full renovation or replacement of restrooms, a new PA system and new roof system. The 18,851-square-foot addition will include 10 new classrooms and ancillary support spaces. Designed by T.

  • Normandale Community College Data Center

    Minnesota State Colleges and Universities has selected A&P to build a new data center at Normandale Community College in Bloomington, Minnesota. The new facility will help the position the campus for future growth. This is A&P's third recent project at Normandale. A&P is currently working on the new Academic Partnership Center on the campus, a 76,000-square-foot addition that will provide urgently needed classroom and office space. Preconstruction on the data center began in May 2012, and construction is expected to begin in July 2012.

  • Wayzata Bay Senior Housing Development

    Presbyterian Homes has appointed A&P the construction manager at risk on three projects for the Wayzata Bay senior housing development in Wayzata, Minnesota. The three projects include the Superior Block, a 90-unit independent senior housing building that will include retail space and parking; the North Block, a 147-unit senior housing building with a mix of independent, assisted, memory, and skilled care; and the development’s infrastructure, including earthwork, site utilities, and concrete foundations for roadways and sidewalks. The Wayzata Bay senior housing project
