Route 2 & PCS Development have awarded A&P the new construction of The Premiere at Dana Park, a 198-unit multifamily housing development in Mesa, Arizona. The rental community will offer a mix of one- , two- , and three-bedroom market-rate units, some of which will be built above the parking garage.  The development will also feature a clubhouse, cabana, outdoor bar and patio areas, pool and spa, fitness and yoga studios, sail shade structures, and fireplaces.  Designed by Todd & Associates Inc., the project is being built on a 7-acre in-fill site on the northeast corner of US60 and Val Vista in Mesa. Construction is expected to begin in June 2012.
