Adolfson & Peterson Construction is thrilled to announce Jaelynn Larson has been named a finalist for Finance & Commerce’s Top Women in Construction. This annual recognition celebrates the impact women have in the construction industry and honors those who paved the way to success for other women in construction.
Throughout her tenure at AP, Jaelynn has progressed from Journeyman Laborer to Foreman, demonstrating her willingness and desire to be a leader. Jaelynn’s personality, drive, empathetic approach to her work, and commitment to safety have positively impacted our team and processes. Most recently, she took on a support role in AP’s safety department and led to over 30 leaders within AP receiving Gatekeeper training.
Jaelynn has been a leader and role model for women in construction in many ways. We are proud to have her on our team.
