AP Reaches Building Milestone at Agave Ridge Behavorial Hospital in Mesa

MESA, Arizona – (May 25, 2023) –Adolfson & Peterson Construction (AP), a national, family-owned construction management and contracting company, recently topped out Agave Ridge Behavioral Hospital, officially marking the construction’s midpoint. The 100-bed acute care behavioral health hospital is slated to open in early 2024.

Agave Ridge Behavioral Hospital is a 73,930-square-foot hospital addressing the significant gap in mental health care in Arizona. The single-story building will include inpatient nursing units for adults and adolescents, exterior activity yards, an interior activity center, group therapy areas, administrative offices, PHP/IOP/ECT clinics, a pharmacy, kitchen, dining hall and training conference rooms.
