This new 80-unit affordable housing development is part of the Desert AIDS Project, which provides medical care and comprehensive support services to people living with HIV/AIDS in the desert community. The project will target those living with HIV/AIDS who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. The community is made up of 48 studio units and 32 one-bedroom units, a pool, BBQ areas and community room. The residential development is located on the campus of the Desert AIDS Project, providing residents with convenient, free access to a wide range of medical and social services.
