Terrence V. Lucero Police & Courts Building

This new award-winning police and municipal courts facility features detention cells, evidence areas, courtroom, judges offices, administrative room, meeting areas and training area in a 41,000 square foot structure.
Early investigation during preconstruction proved critical to this project. The owner of this facility, the City of Brighton, was requesting a specific type of roof and wall panel necessary for the facility that could only be found in Germany. This specialized product required a significant long lead time and a specialty certification to install. Because of our thorough investigation during preconstruction, the team was able to identify this and properly prepare so that the project did not experience any delays.
