AP has worked in partnership with the owner to build all three phases of this award-winning master-planned medical campus.  Phase I involved the construction of a 66,000 square foot, 26-bed medical and surgery center. The AP team guided the project through a series of sub-surface challenges that threatened to jeopardize the tight 14-month schedule. Despite weeks of delays, the team recovered the lost time using Building Information Modeling (BIM), allowing the team to create schedules and explore multiple sequencing scenarios, prefabricate ductwork and piping, and resolve hundreds of clashes before work began onsite. The project was completed on time and within budget.

Awards: 2009–2010 Outstanding Construction Award, AGC-Texas Building Branch, Health Care ($10M to $30M); 2010 Excellence in Construction, North Texas Award of Excellence, TEXO.

"During the course of the project we experienced many unforeseen conditions which for a lesser General Contractor would have been a legitimate excuse for both added costs and extended deliverables. I am pleased to proclaim we came in ON TIME and ON BUDGET due in no small part to the leadership of Adolfson & Peterson Construction." - Derrick N. Evers, Managing Partner, Neal Richards Group
