Forest Park Medical Center Phase II

With the success of Phase I of Forest Park Medical Center, the owners decided to expedite the start of Phase II, a four-story, 72,000 square foot medical office building. When record snowfall in the Dallas area resulted in a 30-day delay on a tight seven-month construction schedule, the team collaborated closely to rework the schedule and successfully completed the building ahead of schedule and under budget.
