Kaiser Permanente South Multi-Specialty Medical Complex

A&P is proud to partner with Kaiser Permanente in building this new 258,000-square-foot specialty care center, which is scheduled to break ground early in 2012. The center will have six OR’s for outpatient and general surgery, and will offer many medical specialties, including gastroenterology, orthopedics, oncology (plus infusion), obstetrics and gynecology, ophthalmology, optometry, physical therapy, clinical lab and a pharmacy. The medical imaging services will include general radiology as well as the expanded diagnostic capability of mammography, ultrasound, MRI, CT, PET/CT and nuclear medicine. The project also includes greenfield development of the 20-acre site for parking, park and plaza areas, and landscaping.
