The project involved a 125,000-square-foot renovation and a new 20,000-square-foot addition that houses 14 classrooms for the health sciences, natatorium with an Olympic-size pool, three health science laboratories, student recreation center, training room and state-of-the-art facilities for the health sciences and human performance programs.  After this project had already begun, the college requested that the new facilities be ready several months early. A&P divided the project into six phases and, by collaborating with the design team and subcontractors, accelerated the schedule to deliver four of the six phases six months early. A&P also worked closely with college administrators to resolve challenges related to the tight construction site and the active campus.
