The project included construction of a new, three-story academic building and associated site work for the Nursing and Health Professionals programs. The facility contains classrooms, seminar rooms, clinical demonstration laboratories, wet laboratories, café, offices, and other support spaces. The building has structural steel frame supported by concrete spread footings. The exterior is a combination of brick veneer, precast concrete, and metal panels on light gauge metal framing. The roof is modified bitumen with areas of green roof.
