Holtze Magnolia Hotel

The Holtze Magnolia Hotel is an award–winning renovation of a 1930's Mobil Oil Corporation office building into an executive extended–stay hotel. The building is considered a historical landmark for the City of Dallas so to meet requirements for preserving the building's historical significance, A&P worked closely with the Dallas Historical Society. This 31–story, 300,000 square foot first–class hotel has 200 guest rooms and 130 extended–stay suites. A new three–story atrium, new elevators, preservation of the existing elevator lobby, and new hotel entrance with a pre–cast stone exterior to match the existing building were also part of the overall project.
