Rushforth Construction, a wholly owned subsidiary of A&P, finished this project nearly two months early, thanks in part to the innovative use of materials in building the four-story, 124-room hotel. Rushforth also saved the client money on the construction of the 212-space garage by working closely with the architect to reduce the height of the garage, reduce the materials needed to build it, and remove unnecessary ceiling obstructions. With the garage's close proximity to the hotel and another property, a complex multi-structure schedule helped ensure a seamless installation of the garage's precast panels.
