5000 France Condominiums
Location: Edina, Minnesota

One unique aspect of this project was that construction took place on an extremely tight site in one of the busiest sections of Edina. The project was completed without closing roads or disrupting area businesses. The 5000 France building has 3 levels of high-end condominium units with 23 total units above one level of retail space facing 50th Street and France Ave. There is also underground parking for condominium owners.
