Inn at Lakewood Assisted Living Facility
Location: Lakewood, Colorado

This new 112,300 square foot retirement community features 140 units, beauty salon/barber shop, coffee shop, country store, computer and business center, chapel, exercise room, theater, activities and game room. A unique challenge facing the project team was the presence of varying soil compositions at the site. However, by implementing two different types of foundation, A&P not only overcame this hurdle, but was also able to build a more cost effective solution.
