This 462,000 square foot high-rise mixed use condominium project located in downtown Minneapolis brings a park-like setting to a downtown urban environment with its large outdoor green roof area on the 6th floor. This area includes grills, benches, landscaping and turf areas. The 6th floor also includes a cyber café and large media center for hosting parties, a fitness center, whirlpool, and massage rooms. The ground floor includes 12,000 square feet of retail space and there is a 342-car parking garage.
