Adolfson & Peterson Construction completed Prairie View High School in Brighton, Colorado.
This new high school for Colorado's School District 27J features a commercial kitchen and cafeteria, multiple classroom and lab areas, a gymnasium, auditorium, multiple athletic fields and a track.
One of the significant challenges facing this, and other projects in the 27J community was the schedule. The school district was experiencing tremendous growth, and having new schools to open on or ahead of schedule was key.
Using our advanced planning process, A&P was able to not only complete this 209,000 square foot school in 15 months (almost 2 months ahead of schedule), but also go above and beyond to assist in the coordination of IT and security installation, and school equipment and supply delivery.
