Construction of this mixed-used development involved both an aggressive construction schedule and a tight budget. The project incorporates cost-effective, prefabricated panelized light-gauge steel framing, much of which was assembled offsite while work continued onsite. A collaborative process was essential in coordinating the various elements of this project, which consists of 124 luxury condominiums and 20,000 square feet of retail space. This project was built by Rushforth Construction, a wholly owned subsidiary of A&P.
