This project, located in a remote mountain community, included the occupied renovation of an existing 9,344-square-foot facility, the new construction of a 26,395-square-foot addition, and site work. The team overcame several unique challenges on this project—including unsuitable soils, ground water that required pumping, budget challenges and severe winter weather—to deliver a beautiful LEED Silver facility with high-end finishes.
