Adolfson & Peterson specializes in sustainable construction management services for government facilities and municipal building projects. We led the construction of the new Louisville Library in Louisville, Colorado.
This new public library in downtown Louisville features a 34,500 square foot, two-story building with an underground parking garage, stone and cherry wood finishes, and an all-glass meeting room. The close proximity of streets and properties on all sides of the library site presented a unique challenge to the project team. By digging straight down, A&P was able to work successfully within this constrained lot.
