Tallyn's Reach Municipal Center

Adolfson & Peterson specializes in sustainable construction management services for government facilities and municipal building projects. We led the construction of the Tallyn's Reach Municipal Services Campus in Aurora, Colorado.
The Tallyn's Reach is part of a complete community activity center for residents of the Tallyn's Reach Development in southeastern Aurora. The interconnected 74,000 square foot complex includes Fire Station No. 13, District 3 Police Station and a branch library for the City of Aurora.
While catering to the unique needs of the fire department, the Municipal Services campus architecture presents a cohesive group of otherwise distinct building types, whose agrarian prairie theme echoes their location on the high plains. Interconnected walks, trails and parks help to define this mixed-use area, with the municipal campus acting as the focal point for the neighborhood.
