This building houses a mission-critical center designed to operate 24/7. Using redundant technology for data, electrical and mechanical systems, this new facility can handle the transfer of all operations from the company's St. Louis headquarters. The critical and technical nature of the building required close collaboration between A&P, the design team and the client. A&P's unique partnering process ensured the delivery of a successful project. Sustainable elements include energy-efficient lighting with daylight-controlled perimeter lighting and photovoltaic cells that control interior lighting. Windows are equipped with motorized blinds and screens that automatically function in response to heat and light.
