Rushforth Construction, an A&P subsidiary, transformed this former car dealership with the addition of office space, a new storefront system and a wall finish of natural stone veneer. The project included demolition of the existing concrete, fire sprinkler adjustments, roof insulation and office build-out. A pre-engineered metal building addition was tied in to the structure, and a new exposed heavy timber was added at the entry/reception area. In addition, Rushforth upgraded the HVAC and electrical system, and installed a new backup generator to accommodate the additional offices.
