Raytheon Corporate Campus at Cityline

Raytheon’s new state-of-the-art office complex in the CityLine development totals 495,000 sf. The $105M project includes two three-story buildings at approximately 146,000 sf each, one four-story building at approximately 193,000 sf, and one single story building at approximately 4,000 sf. The complexity of this project was immense and included 133 tilt-wall panels, 27,158 yards of concrete, 698.3 tons of rebar and nearly 500 miles of cable.

Finishes included ceiling grid and tile, carpet tile, wall tile and floor tile, paint with accent walls, plastic laminate countertops, wall coverings, marble and corian countertops, black out window coverings, decorative window film, static control resilient flooring, stained concrete flooring, millwork, and raised access flooring for an intensive data cabling network.

• Building A included a large dining space, fitness facility with aerobic and spin room, locker rooms, kitchen and offices. This building consisted of 136,781 sf of interior space.
• Building B included offices, lounges, open work spaces and conference/huddle/think tank rooms. This building consisted of 138,926 sf of interior space.
• Building C included offices, lounges, a health center, open work spaces and conference/huddle/think tank rooms. This building consisted of 179,663 sf of interior space.
