A&P Role:

AP partnered closely with the architect on this project to create a distinctive yet cost-effective office building. Located in an industrial park but not industrial in nature, the building is constructed from materials and finishes that indicate that this facility is intended for people rather than machinery. The concrete tilt-up structure consists of 32,350 square feet of Class B office space, with an additional 6,900 square feet of S-2 warehouse space on the first floor.  The building features a VAV-controlled HVAC system with a 90-ton rooftop unit, indirect and recessed lighting, steel stud framing, corner bay windows, and an exterior metal panel system over storefront with reflective glazing.
