Dallas, TX--The Dallas Independent School District has awarded A&P its tenth bid package with the district. Bid Package 14 includes extensive renovations to Bryan Adams High School, Edwin Kiest Elementary School and W.H. Gaston Middle School, and additions to the high school's baseball and softball fields.
Minneapolis, MN--The State of Minnesota has selected A&P to expand the Minnesota Sex Offender Program secure treatment facility in Moose Lake, which A&P originally constructed in 1995.
Minneapolis, MN--A&P has been selected to renovate the Park Nicollet dermatology department in St. Louis Park, Minnesota. The project will include demolishing and renovating an existing clinical consultation space to create an expanded dermatology department that will include new exam rooms, a nurses' station, and private offices.
Aurora, CO--St. Vrain School District in Longmont, Colorado has chosen A&P to build Elementary School #26. The new facility is pursuing LEED certification at the Silver level.
Construction is set to begin in June 2010. The school, which will accommodate 600 students, will be open to students in the fall of 2011. The project architect is RB+B Architects out of Fort Collins, Colorado.
Aurora, CO--The Department of Military and Veterans Affairs has selected A&P to build a memorial to the fallen members of the Colorado Army National Guard. The memorial will replace the 20,000 square foot open plaza currently at the Joint Forces Headquarters in Denver. The project will also include the construction of a new mailroom.
Cheyenne, WY-- Casper Community College in Casper, Wyoming has selected A&P to build the college's new Gateway administrative building. The new building will house administrative offices, student services, and classroom space for the college's robotics and electronics programs. The project also includes the construction of plazas, a new parking lot and pedestrian pathways.
Tempe, AZ--Stewart Chiropractic &Therapro physical therapy have awarded A&P a tenant improvement project in Laveen, Arizona. A&P will make improvements to a 4,000 square foot space that the two practices will use jointly. Work is expected to begin June 1, 2010, with completion anticipated at the end of July 2010. Synectic Design based in Tempe is the architect on the project.
Tacoma, WA--A&P has been selected to construct a convenience store and fuel station for the Puyallup Tribe in Fife, Washington. The project includes multiple elements, including a market of between 10,000 and 12,000 square feet, a 24-pump fuel station, a car wash, a 70-foot pedestrian bridge, and 5 acres of site development.
Minneapolis, MN--A&P has been awarded a renovation project for Park Nicollet in St. Louis Park, Minnesota. The project involves remodeling 4,457 square feet of oncology space into OB/GYN space.
Aurora, CO--After completing Phase I of Kaiser Permanente's national call center in 2009, A&P has been selected to build Phase II of the Denver facility. A&P has succesfully completed many projects for Kaiser Permanente.
