Douglas H. Buck Recreation Center

This new recreation center features a leisure pool with lazy river and waterslide, smaller therapy pool, 3–lane lap pool, fitness room, specialized aerobics and dance studio, gym, locker rooms, community wing with multipurpose rooms, and computer rooms.
Although the City of Littleton Courthouse is only 20 feet from the center, A&P was able to work productively within the tight site constraints and construct an award–winning recreation center. The center's architectural details, such as brick accents and pitched roof, harmonize rather than contrast with the historic building next door.
