The project involved a 125,000-square-foot renovation and a new 20,000-square-foot addition that houses 14 classrooms for the health sciences, natatorium with an Olympic-size pool, three health science laboratories, student recreation center, training room and state-of-the-art facilities for the health sciences and human performance programs.  After this project had already begun, the college requested that the new facilities be ready several months early. AP divided the project into six phases and, by collaborating with the design team and subcontractors, accelerated the schedule to deliver four of the six phases six months early. AP also worked closely with college administrators to resolve challenges related to the tight construction site and the active campus.
