The Southwest Regional Swimming Facility is one of the few 25 x 50-meter heated competitive swimming pools in the Valley. The project also included an associated 4,000-square-foot locker room building and a unique shade structure over the entire facility. The pool includes two 1-meter and one 3-meter diving boards, starting blocks, and lane markers. An equipment room was also constructed for the operation of both the competitive pool and an adjacent YMCA family pool.
