Aurora City Place

This three phased project included site work, village shell buildings, and tenant finishes to various areas and buildings within the Aurora City Place, a prominent 526,000 square foot retail development in Aurora, Colorado. In the village portion of Aurora City Place, A&P completed the site work and core and shell for 14 village buildings, now home to small shops and unique tenants. The pedestrian-friendly environment of the village welcomes shoppers with convenient stone walkways, a unique tower, and terra cotta flower pots.
