Total Project Cost:
$5.6 million
50,000 SF
A&P Role:

A 50-year-old former auto dealership underwent a dramatic modernization to become a new state-of-the-art Mini dealership. AP completed the demolition and remodel of this three-story concrete structure in just seven months by expediting the preconstruction process and working closely with the architect. The demolition included the existing service shop, exterior cladding, interior walls, finishes and fixtures and the elevator.  A new addition included the new service shop, ramp to the roof-top parking system, elevator and 3,000 square feet of retail space.  The remainder of the building was renovated with the installation of a new electrical system, upgraded security, and new interior finishes.
