This 117-acre site began as the largest brownfield cleanup in state history but was dramatically transformed into a spectacular lifestyle retail center. Located in the heart of Tempe, the center includes over 1.3 million square feet of retail space and more than 100 retailers, restaurants and businesses. Other features include an entertainment center, outdoor amphitheater, elevated patios, misters, outdoor fireplaces, numerous fountains, and a 100-foot laser tower providing nighttime visuals. AP was responsible for over 400,000 square feet of core and shell construction for inline majors and several full build-outs, including the new Target store. With multiple general contractors managing separate portions of the project site, intense coordination was required to ensure the smooth delivery of materials and maintain the overall project schedule.
