The Promenade at Casa Grande

This 120-acre regional shopping center is the largest such development in Casa Grande, Arizona, featuring over one million square feet of retail space. The outdoor regional shopping center has a village feel, where walkways and open-air plazas connect shops, restaurants and entertainment venues.  A&P was responsible for nearly 600,000 square feet of this shopping center in more than 30 buildings.   Given the involvement of several developers and numerous tenants, A&P’s partnering process helped ensure timely decisions were made and progress continued.
