Aeroterra Senior Village is the first phase of the overall Frank Luke neighborhood revitalization in Phoenix. The initial phase of the new senior living community consists of a single three-story, 60-unit building with amenities for seniors and persons with disabilities. The new community features interior corridors, accessible unit interiors, elevators, handrails, community space, an exercise and craft room, outdoor courtyard, dog run, laundry facilities, computer and training space and gated access to the community. The project accomdates for a team of experts to provide on-site case management, educational programming and other community resources to better serve seniors and residents with disabilities.

Aeroterra Senior Village earned the Enterprise Green Communities designation for its energy efficient and healthy-homes design elements. Green features include a photovoltaic solar system to power the common areas, Energy Star appliances, low-flow water fixtures, low-water landscaping and washable synthetic grass in the courtyard and dog run areas.
