Franke Tobey Jones Retirement Community

This continuing care retirement community provides several residence options for seniors. A&P subsidiary Rushforth Construction completed an extensive amount of new construction, adding a new 39-unit independent living facility, an addition to the skilled nursing facility and a new wellness center. Rushforth also renovated the guest house and completed related site work. Rushforth’s in-depth preconstruction planning was critical in overcoming challenges and minimizing the impact of construction for residents and staff.
