James L. West Alzheimer’s Center

James L. West Alzheimer Clinic is a four-story, 92,000 square foot health care facility serving the needs of patients suffering from Alzheimer’s and Dementia. The facility is located near the intersection of Summit Avenue and Lancaster Avenue in Ft. Worth. This project included the renovation of 2-1/2 floors of resident living, including 55,580 square feet of renovation, and was performed in 5 phases. The project scope included MEP replacement, upgrade to all finishes, new casework, new food service equipment, as well as exterior building upgrades.
