The Panorama Convalescent and Rehabilitation Center project, completed by A&P subsidiary Rushforth Construction, involved the demolition of a single-story facility and construction of a two-story, 92,500-square-foot skilled nursing facility with 155 licensed beds. The new building was completed in two phases, allowing residents to move into Phase I while the original facility was demolished and Phase II was built. For this project Rushforth utilized a cost-effective steel framing panel system that is environmentally sustainable, energy efficient and non-combustible, and also saves time in construction. The panels were fabricated off site with just-in-time delivery, allowing Rushforth to complete the project three months early.
