The Meadows of Worthington Assisted Living

This project involved right-sizing an existing traditional assisted living campus into "age in place" units.  A&P constructed 43 new catered-living units that are similar to traditional apartments but offer residents the flexibility to add meal or medication plans as needed. In addition to the living units, the 45,600-square-foot project includes a multi-purpose dining room, office space, community room, and lounge areas for residents' use. A&P also converted one level of assisted living space into memory care. The green landscaping scheme includes rain gardens that control and filter storm water runoff into surrounding lakes and streams.
