This required detailed coordination with University staff. The plant produces 4,000 tons of cooling throughout the St. Paul campus.

The two-story Fitch Avenue Utility Building houses a new electrical switching station services the University of Minnesota's St. Paul campus with a series of underground electrical duct banks that route power to and from the facility.  AP also installed expansion space and underground chilled water lines to accommodate future chillers.
