Devine Legacy on Central is a new 65-unit affordable housing community for working families, and one of the first affordable housing communities along Phoenix's Metro Light Rail line. The mixed-income rental community offers lofts, family flats and townhomes in a mix of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, and features a full range of amenities for residents. A number of sustainable features have been incorporated into the urban design.
