AP has built all three phases—more than 700,000 square feet of medical facilities—on this award-winning campus. Thanks to a very aggressive schedule, Phase III finished more than three months early. Three new buildings have been added to the campus in Phase III: a 125,000 square foot surgical specialty hospital, including 14 operating rooms, 32 private patient rooms, 16 VIP patient suites, 12 ICU beds, pediatric ICU and state-of-the-art medical imaging equipment; a six-story, 138,000 square foot mixed-use medical office building that includes an auditorium, dining area and servery, plus shell space for future tenants; and a five-story, 308,000-square-foot, 750-space parking garage, which also houses the 8,000-square-foot central utility plant. The garage features a living wall. A skybridge connects the parking garage to Phase I of the medical center.
