Grace Church

This 340,000-square-foot worship facility sits on a 62-acre site. The 4,500-seat sanctuary features state-of-the-art technology, including the highest quality in sound, lighting, theater staging and video production.  High-end finishes are used throughout the facility, and in the grand lobby a large glass curtain wall provides a panoramic view of the Minnesota River valley.  The expansive space created challenges during construction, but the elevated construction platform created by A&P provided an innovative solution for crews that worked for months on the upper part of the worship facility. The project began more than $3 million over budget but A&P’s many value engineering solutions brought the project into budget, and on completion additional savings were returned to the owner. Many areas of the building were completed ahead of schedule, allowing the owner to move in early.
