100 Washington Square

The 100 Washington Square building was designed by Minoru Yamasaki (World Trade Center fame) and completed in 1981. The building has 22 floors with an open base. The lower two floors are an open plaza with the building supported at the four corners and center elevator core. The owner embarked on an improvement plan to correct several long overdue waterproofing projects and enhancements to update the underutilized lobby and plaza area.
