Portside Industrial Center

Located on 28.26 acres, the Portside Industrial Center is a master planned industrial park located five minutes from Port of Tacoma and will include nearly 485,500 sf of concrete tilt-up facilities. The new development includes six warehouse buildings with convenient access to I-5, Route 509, Hwy 167, Pacific Hwy and features community space with walking paths around the retention pond.
