Prequalification

How to Begin Working with Adolfson & Peterson Construction:

Thank you for your interest in partnering with Adolfson & Peterson. We realize how valuable trusted relationships are to successful project delivery. Adolfson & Peterson subcontractors fall into one of three categories:

1. Unapproved Subcontractor - Unable to receive Invitations to Bid (ITB's)
2. Bidding Subcontractor - Able to receive ITB's, but hasn't submitted all required documents
3. Approved Subcontractor - Able to receive ITB's and execute contracts

In order to be considered for A&P's bidder's list, please fill out the Information Form.

To become an Approved Subcontractor, the following documents must be reviewed and approved:

a. Current Balance Sheet
b. Letter from Surety Confirming Bonding Capacity
c. OSHA 300 Log
d. Sample Insurance Certificate (view example) (36k)
